MVM Moving & Storage is looking for a motivated Phone Sales Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and convert inquiries into booked moves. This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, customer-focused, and driven by performance and results.
You’ll be the first voice customers hear — setting the tone for a professional, stress-free moving experience.

Requirements

• Strong phone communication and listening skills
• Sales, moving, or customer service experience preferred
• Comfortable working with scripts, pricing, and objection handling
• Basic computer skills (CRM, email, scheduling tools)
• Reliable, organized, and goal-oriented
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls and follow up on outbound leads
• Educate customers on moving services, pricing, and options
• Qualify leads and gather accurate move details
• Convert calls into booked jobs
• Enter and manage customer information in the CRM
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly booking and revenue goals
• Work closely with operations to ensure smooth handoffs
• Maintain a professional, positive phone presence
