The Phone Specialist (TM) will manage the front of the store, primarily taking orders via phone, lobby, and drive-thru. The TM will receive detailed training on the order screen, including how to navigate it, correctly make orders, and process payments. Additionally, the TM is responsible for preparing orders for drivers and dispatching them, as well as some food prep during rush hours. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage the front of the store
• Take orders over the phone, in the lobby, and through the drive-thru window
• Work the order screen, including navigating, making orders, and cashing out orders correctly
• Prepare orders for drivers
• Dispatch orders for drivers
• Prep some food for the rush
