FirstLight Home Care of St. Paul is a locally owned, client-focused home care agency providing compassionate support to seniors and adults in need. We are growing quickly and looking for a professional, caring team member to manage new client inquiries and support our nurse assessment and scheduling process. The Phone Intake Coordinator is the first point of contact for new home-care inquiries. This role handles phone calls, online leads, and follow-ups, ensuring every family receives fast, warm, and professional communication. You will work closely with our RN and scheduling team to set up nurse assessments, collect basic client information, and support care-plan coordination. This is an excellent role for someone who is organized, loves speaking with people, and wants to grow in the home-care or healthcare field.
