About The Position

The PHO - Mini Bar Attendant plays a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by ensuring that all mini bar areas within the property are well-stocked, clean, and organized. This position is responsible for regularly inspecting and replenishing mini bar items, maintaining accurate inventory records, and promptly addressing any guest requests or concerns related to the mini bar. The attendant works closely with the housekeeping and food and beverage teams to coordinate restocking schedules and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Attention to detail and a proactive approach are essential to prevent shortages and maintain the quality and presentation of mini bar offerings. Ultimately, this role contributes significantly to guest satisfaction and the overall operational efficiency of the property’s food and beverage services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control procedures.
  • Ability to lift and carry moderate weights and perform physical tasks associated with restocking.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Regularly inspect and restock mini bars in guest rooms according to established standards and inventory levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of mini bar inventory, consumption, and replenishment activities.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and food and beverage departments to ensure timely and efficient mini bar servicing.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries or requests related to mini bar items.
  • Ensure all mini bar products are within expiration dates and comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Report any discrepancies, damages, or maintenance issues related to mini bar equipment to the appropriate department.
  • Assist in conducting periodic inventory audits and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of mini bar storage areas and service carts.
