Requirements

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.

Basic math skills for inventory management.
Knowledge of hotel operations and mini bar operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

Maintain and restock mini bars in guest rooms on a regular basis.
Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of mini bar areas.
Provide personalized recommendations and suggestions to guests based on their preferences.
Monitor and track inventory levels, and place orders for replenishment as needed.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
Keep accurate records of mini bar activity and report any discrepancies to management.
