Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of phlebotomy or specimen processing (pre-analytic) experience with increasing responsibility in an acute care facility
  • Phlebotomy certification where State law requires

Nice To Haves

  • Completion of formal phlebotomy training program and/or national phlebotomy certification through ASCP, ANP, ASPT or similar
