Ensures service level agreements are met through implementation of operational efficiencies. Will oversee all aspects of reference lab/send out testing, as requested. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of phlebotomy or specimen processing (pre-analytic) experience with increasing responsibility in an acute care facility
- Phlebotomy certification where State law requires
Nice To Haves
- Completion of formal phlebotomy training program and/or national phlebotomy certification through ASCP, ANP, ASPT or similar
