This role is responsible for providing support to the Philanthropy Department of Covenant Living Communities & Services. The position is accountable for providing gift-processing assistance and donor-related or gift-related administrative support. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Commit all gifts/pledges into donor database daily, saving gift documentation, and archiving emails. Maintain the health of the database by creating and updating constituent records, as needed. Generate daily gift acknowledgment letters, yearly giving statements, and other communications. Provide entry-level analytics within the donor database by generating simple queries and reports. Support Regional Directors, Directors of Philanthropy, and Project Manager with other projects.
