The College of Graduate Studies (CGS) seeks a student with Federal Work Study funding to assist in office tasks that involve a great deal of confidentiality. There will be weekly check-ins and supervision. This position is a good fit for any student who is highly organized, who can apply a keen attention to detail, and has the ability to work independently in an office. The CGS Office Assistant must be able to adhere to strict standards of confidentiality. Job Duties consist of providing customer service in the CGS Ph.D's Office, filing and renaming electronic documents; quality assurance of electronic records and other duties as assigned. Answer telephones as needed. Assist CGS Office staff with various projects and deliveries. Assistance during the all day spring event, IPEL Conference (Thursday, 1.15.2025 & Friday, 1.16.2025) is required. Dates of Employment: Fall, Winter, and Spring semesters (full academic year) | 5 hrs/wk
