Administrative duties include managing the pharmacy assistant schedule, completing tasks assigned by the Director of Pharmacy, verifying certifications, supporting annual inventory processes, participating in professional development, assisting with new process implementation, fostering a positive work environment, and completing required reporting for compliance and safety standards.
