About The Position

Description Supervisor Pharmacy at Credena Health Specialty Pharmacy in Soutwest Portland/Tigard, OR. Full-Time/Day Shift The Pharmacy Supervisor/Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) is responsible for the day‑to‑day operational and regulatory oversight of the Credena Health Specialty and Home Delivery Pharmacy. This role provides leadership for pharmacy production and fulfillment operations, ensuring safe, accurate, timely dispensing of medications while maintaining compliance with all applicable federal and state laws, Board of Pharmacy regulations, and specialty pharmacy accreditation standards (URAC, ACHC). This position partners closely with patient management care teams, operational leaders, and external vendors to support high‑quality patient care, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy.
• Oregon Pharmacist License
• 3 years of Retail or Specialty practice experience.

Nice To Haves

• PharmD in Pharmacy.
• 1 year of experience acting as a pharmacist-in-Charge.
• 1 year of experience in a leadership/supervisory role.
