The Scheduling and Training Manager has a strong understanding of Pharmacy Operations and contributes to AHF by scheduling onsite and remote coverage for pharmacist and technician paid-time-off (PTO), emergency situations, FMLA, AHF-sponsored events, trainings and resignations. You will also coordinate onboarding and training for new hires and may assist with onsite training and covering shifts as needed. The Scheduling and Training Manager enhances the reputation of AHF by following Policies and Procedures on scheduling Strategic Response Team (SRT) to ensure appropriate staffing to keep pharmacies operating and patient care is not interrupted. This role coordinates with multiple service lines to schedule staff for orientations, onsite or remote training, new program implementation, performance improvement issues, and career advancement to assist with meeting AHF initiatives. You will also assist with travel coordination and expense report management as well as SRT timecard management. You will be a passionate advocate for our top initiatives.
