Shift Differentials: PM: $2.50, Weekend: $3.00 Weekend Rotation: Every 3rd-4th weekend Holiday Rotation: Occasional holidays Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a dedicated staff pharmacist to join our retail pharmacist team working at our La Crosse area pharmacies along with occasional shifts in Tomah and Prairie du Chien. Requirements

  • PharmD or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
  • Immunization certification (ex. APhA, PSW)
  • Pharmacist license to practice in the state of Wisconsin
  • Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross

Responsibilities

  • Deliver LOVE + MEDICINE pharmaceutical care, primarily at our LaCrosse/Onalaska area pharmacies with occasional coverage in Tomah and Prairie du Chien
  • Enjoy flexible scheduling options for day and evening shifts with rotating weekends
  • Dispense prescription medications accurately and provide appropriate counseling to patients
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care, patient wellness and disease prevention
  • Review and interpret prescription orders to verify accuracy and appropriateness
  • Maintain accurate patient records, including medication histories and interactions
  • Provide information and guidance to customers regarding over-the-counter medications and health-related products
