About The Position
Work Schedule: 5%FTE, Registry/PRN M-F 8-5:30, Saturdays 9-3, you will work at UW Health Swedish American Hospital 1401 E. State st. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy Required
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained. Required
- Current licensure from State of Illinois or license eligible. Required
- 2 years of experience. Preferred
