Requirements

Graduated from an accredited school of Pharmacy with either a B.S. in Pharmacy or PharmD
Active State of Ohio licensed Pharmacist
Excellent written and communication skills

Responsibilities

Inpatient Pharmacist position in an acute hospital setting
Provide pharmaceutical information to multidisciplinary health care teams, engage in Kinetic dosing, therapy consults and order verifications
Work directly with nursing, physicians and peers to provide acute care services
other duties as assigned
