In connected supply chain at PwC, you will focus on optimising supply chain operations and improving end-to-end visibility and collaboration. You will work closely with clients to analyse supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. Working in this area, you will provide guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network. Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. Requirements

  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree
  • Required Fields of Study: Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration/Management
  • Minimum Years of Experience: 3 year(s)

Responsibilities

  • Optimising supply chain operations and improving end-to-end visibility and collaboration.
  • Working closely with clients to analyse supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness.
  • Providing guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network.
  • Building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others.
  • Anticipating the needs of your teams and clients, and delivering quality.
  • Asking questions and using moments of ambiguity as opportunities to grow.
  • Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards (e.g. refer to specific PwC tax and audit guidance), the Firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements.
  • Utilizing specialization in developing Service strategies, driving change, business transformation initiatives and turnaround scenarios to achieve maximum results.
  • Deploying Digital strategies and innovations to improve supply chain performance.
  • Managing teams through the design and implementation of people, process and technology changes, including building solid and collaborative relationships with team members, fostering a productive teamwork environment, leveraging diverse views to encourage innovation, and helping develop and grow team members throughout the course of every engagement, providing timely and meaningful feedback.
  • Exhibiting capability in thought leadership, the development of intellectual property (IP), and marketing and promotion of IP.
  • Supporting incremental business development opportunities, and where possible, identifying new business opportunities including client lead maturation, proposal development, and closing.
  • Leveraging industry contacts to make introductions and connect the firm to potential clients (short term or long term).
