The Position The Product Lead, AI-Powered E2E Content Supply Chain, is responsible for revolutionizing how Roche generates, approves, and delivers medical and commercial information. The primary purpose is to move the organization away from fragmented, manual content creation toward a seamless, intelligent ecosystem. By leveraging Generative AI and automation, this leader will ensure that we deliver the right scientific message to the right stakeholder at unprecedented speed, significantly reducing the "concept-to-market" timeline while maintaining the highest standards of medical integrity. The Opportunity The scope encompasses the entire lifecycle of a content asset across both Commercial and Medical workstreams. You are the entrepreneurial architect of our AI/Analytics ecosystem. Your goal is to build scalable, scientific analytics products that are seamlessly embedded into the workflows of our Medical and Commercial teams to ensure every solution drives a tangible, validated impact on patient and business outcomes. Lead the unified squad consisting of Business product leader (you), Digital Tech, and Business Activation. You are responsible for the design, feature prioritization, analytical framework/methodology, data requirement and execution and management of analytics and data products for this particular product Transitioning to modular content frameworks where AI assists in drafting differentiated content from "Gold Standard" medical data. Implementing AI-assisted regulatory and legal checks to automate the identification of claims, citations, and compliance risks. Orchestrating rigorous user acceptance testing (UAT) and establishing formal mechanisms to capture and integrate stakeholder feedback into the development cycle. Running a robust governance structure with the stakeholder group to ensure alignment on standards, manage cross-functional dependencies, and drive transparent decision-making. Build the overall design, business case, data strategy, analytics approach and UI for the Analytics product Ensure insights are delivered where decisions happen. Whether it is Veeva/CRM, Marketing Automation, or custom digital tools, the analytics must be embedded in the existing workflow, not a separate destination. Own the "Final Mile." You are responsible for driving the adoption rate and measuring the tangible "Lift" impact generated by the product.
