About The Position

Join the team transforming care for people with immune challenges, rare diseases, cancers, and neurological conditions. In Specialty Care, you’ll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs. This is a senior, hands-on role at the intersection of content creation, AI innovation, and performance optimization. You'll be responsible for developing high-performing marketing copy across channels and brands while building the AI-powered frameworks—prompt libraries, templates, and tone-of-voice systems—that enable scalable content generation through our digital Content Acceleration Program Beyond creation, you'll track, analyze, and advise on content performance across the omnichannel ecosystem, using data-driven insights to continuously optimize engagement with healthcare professionals and patients. Working cross-functionally with GBLs , brand marketing Directors , GTMC , Omnichannel teams and operations teams, you'll ensure that AI-generated and traditional content are aligned, personalized, and deliver measurable business outcomes. This position is ideal for a strategic copywriter with deep healthcare expertise, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to leverage emerging technology to drive impact at scale. You'll write the work, scale it smartly, and prove its value through rigorous performance analysis.

Requirements

  • 8+ years pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical marketing experience (global or affiliate)
  • BA/BSc or equivalent required
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory considerations in pharma/biopharma marketing.
  • Proven ability to work in a matrix, global environment, balancing global-to-local needs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

  • advanced degree preferred (MBA, MSc, AI proficiency and experience with LLMs
  • Strong background in digital and omnichannel marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Copywriting & Messaging Execution Write, edit, and optimize original marketing copy for digital channels and partners.
  • Bring complex clinical or regulatory content to life through clear, engaging, and audience-first messaging for HCPs and patients.
  • Maintain and evolve brand tone of voice across campaigns and platforms—ensuring consistency and impact.
  • AI Content Enablement Build and maintain prompt libraries, message templates, and creative inputs to support AI-generated content workflows.
  • Test and refine outputs from generative AI tools to ensure alignment with brand voice, medical accuracy, and regulatory standards.
  • Partner with digital and tech teams to improve prompt performance and explore new tools that enhance copywriting workflows.
  • Collaboration & Production Work closely with Brand marketing Directors and GBLs to bring campaigns and assets to life quickly and effectively.
  • Participate in brainstorms and creative reviews, providing copy leadership and expertise.
  • MLR-Ready Writing Prepare and adapt copy for Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review—ensuring clarity, compliance, and readiness for Veeva submission.
  • Anticipate MLR feedback and proactively craft copy that balances creativity with regulatory expectations.
  • Collaborate with review teams as needed to revise content and guide AI use in a compliant, scalable way.
  • Customer-Centric Digital Engagement Leverage deep understanding of HCP and patient journeys, needs, and behaviors to guide digital channels targeting and personalization strategies.
  • Partner with Brand directors and GBLs to define high-value segments and deliver relevant messaging across channels.
  • Continuously refine targeting approaches based on campaign performance and customer responsiveness.
  • Innovation & Optimization Identify and test innovative digital tactics and emerging technologies—including AI, automation, and personalization engines.
  • Support Next Best Action and omnichannel orchestration efforts through thoughtful media/channel selection and activation inputs.
  • Take a test-and-learn approach to drive continuous improvement in campaign effectiveness, engagement, and efficiency
