In connected supply chain at PwC, you will focus on optimising supply chain operations and improving end-to-end visibility and collaboration. You will work closely with clients to analyse supply chain processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase responsiveness. Working in this area, you will provide guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network. Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration/Management.
  • 3 years of experience.
  • Demonstrates intimate level knowledge and/or a proven record of success in managerial roles involving Supply Chain and Operations management.
  • Demonstrates intimate level knowledge and/or a proven record of success in managerial roles involving Operationalizing business strategies and transforming the end to end supply chain (including: planning, sourcing, manufacturing, distribution, service).
  • Demonstrates intimate level abilities and/or a proven record of success in Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Diagnostics industries.
  • Demonstrates intimate level abilities and/or a proven record of success in End-to-end supply chain / network strategy and transformation.
  • Demonstrates intimate level abilities and/or a proven record of success in Supply chain analytics.
  • Demonstrates intimate level abilities and/or a proven record of success in supply chain technologies (strategy, master date mgmt., tech platform integration, etc.).
  • Demonstrates intimate level abilities and/or a proven record of success in ERP transformation.
  • Demonstrates intimate level abilities and/or a proven record of success in Supply chain operating models and organizational design.
  • Demonstrates intimate level abilities and/or a proven record of success in Process improvement and automation across demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, services.
  • Demonstrates intimate level abilities and/or a proven record of success in utilizing specialization in developing Service strategies, driving change, business transformation initiatives and turnaround scenarios to achieve maximum results.
  • Demonstrates intimate level abilities and/or a proven record of success in analytical skills in financial analysis.
