About The Position
Northbridge University is looking for a qualified Pet Grooming Instructor. Our campuses are growing! If you have a passion for teaching, we'd like to talk to you. Classes usually run from Monday to Thursday and can be held in the mornings or evenings.
Requirements
- Educational Background: Minimum of an Associate Degree in Veterinary Technology, Animal Science, or a related field.
- Professional Experience: At least three years of experience in pet grooming.
- A combination of work experience and/or required credentials in the field they will be teaching, preferred.
- Passion for education with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Must be computer literate in order to maintain and manage the course documents within the learning management system and also educational resources.
Nice To Haves
- Pet grooming certification, preferred.
- NDGAA – National Dog Groomer Association of America -Pet grooming certification, preferred.
