Follow up with requesting or investigating offices to fill gaps in needed information.

Requirements

Minimum three (3) years of directly related experience performing administrative support in personnel security functions.
Shall demonstrate a proficiency in various types of information technology applications, such as Microsoft Office, including MS Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Written and oral communications skills commensurate with positions

Responsibilities

Receives telephone calls and respond to incoming e-mail messages on "Customer Service" web address.
Ability to review e-QIP request online and provide technical assistance with the applicant.
Prepares, submits, monitors, and updates computer tracking systems concerning appropriate case material.
