About The Position

The main purpose of this position is to provide administrative and clerical support by maintaining personnel records and facilitating the daily operations of the Human Resources Office at RICA Baltimore. This role maintains personnel files and other employee related documents. This position also maintains confidentiality for all personnel related activities.

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of a high school equivalency certificate.
  • None.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in human resources.
  • Experience providing administrative support, including familiarity with personnel recordkeeping and confidentiality requirements.
  • Experience with timekeeping and payroll systems.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, filing, and front-facing customer service.
