About The Position

What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for performing a variety of tasks associated with tracking of student accountability, attendance, and incentive programs at the center in compliance with government and management directives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years’ related experience.
  • Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communications skills and computer proficiency required.
  • Valid driver’s license in the state of work with an acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

  • Organize office operations and procedures for the efficient flow of work within the student personnel office.
  • Schedule center review board hearing and prepare files for necessary documents.
  • Assist in orientation of students on behavioral management system, disciplinary procedures and incentive awards.
  • Maintain files on department records, cards, forms, and correspondence, ensuring confidentiality.
  • Act as liaison between student personnel officer and local law enforcement agencies, courts, attorneys, and center staff as needed.
