Responsibilities

  • Manage and support onboarding process for new hires
  • Participate in the development of orientation materials and training curriculum
  • Serve as a liaison between department managers/supervisors and employees regarding personnel matters
  • Assist in managing staff schedule, payroll and game day operations
  • Support the preparation and distribution of internal and external communications, such as memos, emails, and reports.
  • Collaborate with various departments to facilitate seamless operations and communication.
