As a member of the Personalization Team, you will have the unique opportunity to help build the Athlete Experience through innovative thought leadership and data driven decision making. The Personalization Strategist is a subject matter expert for the athlete experience within addressable channels (Email/Push/SMS) with collaboration across teams to support the full omni experience. This role will partner with Marketing Analytics, eCommerce Personalization and Technology partners to identify where the athlete experience is lacking, develop strategic recommendations for improvement, test until success is proven and scale to all qualifying athletes.
