About The Position

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Personal Support Worker or similar role is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately
- Reliable, punctual, and attentive to client needs
- Ability to pass background checks and any required screenings
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is an asset
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment
- Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals
- Follow care plans and adhere to safety and privacy standards
