Requirements
- Previous experience as a Personal Support Worker or in a related caregiving role is a plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations within White Lake, MI.
- Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with light housekeeping and errands as needed.
- Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals.
- Follow care plans and instructions from supervisors and healthcare providers.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.
