This is a 24/7 Live In Opportunity where you can earn up to $67,000/year, with 3 weeks Paid Time Off (PTO), free room & board, and utilities paid. The role involves providing assistance in a residential setting, offering personal and companion care to enhance the quality of life for individuals with disabilities in their home setting as well as out in the community. Personal Support Assistants/Caregivers provide support services and assistance to individuals in their homes or in the community, aiming to create lasting positive impacts on people's lives and encouraging them to reach their goals.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Access to a vehicle with car insurance
  • Motivated to be a high-quality caregiver
  • Person-centered, patient, and kind
  • Dependable, adaptable, flexible
  • Observant and detail oriented
  • Positive role-model for others and able to work on a team
  • Committed to creating a respectful and collaborative environment
  • Computer skills for documentation
  • 18 years or older
  • A successful background clearance is required as part of the onboarding/employment process
  • Good communication skills (reading, writing, and communication)

Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance in a residential setting
