About The Position

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join a dynamic team. This is an onsite role, offering an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a team of sales professionals in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, hold a 220 license, and possess exceptional leadership and strategic management skills. Requirements

  • Active 220 insurance license is required.
  • Proven experience in personal lines insurance, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Demonstrated success in a management role, preferably in a high-volume call center environment.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor KPIs and implement data-driven strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure team success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive performance and achieve business goals.
