About The Position

Expect your typical day as a Personal Lines Sales Consultant to be focused on the following initiatives: New Business: Expand personal insurance book of business through prospecting, outreach, and quarterly networking events. Meet or exceed new business goals with a self-motivated, results-driven approach. Networking: Engage with community and professional organizations to expand visibility and referral opportunities. Represent our organization with professionalism and enthusiasm. Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point-of-contact for assigned clients, delivering concierge-level service. Educate clients on policy features, coverage options, and renewal strategies. Conduct annual stewardship meetings and maintain upkeep of client correspondence and documentation in agency management system

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Property & Casualty license required
  • 3+ years managing a personal insurance book of business
  • 2+ years of successful sales experience, preferably within the insurance industry
  • Extensive knowledge of personal insurance underwriting and claims
  • Understanding of tax and legal implications of Personal Lines products
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); Epic or Applied Solutions exposure preferred
