Alera Group is looking for a Personal Lines Property & Casualty Account Manager. Requirements

Strong understanding of insurance products, coverages, and services
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in agency management software (Applied Epic)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

3 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance as an account manager (preferred)
Valid Massachusetts Property and Casualty License (preferred)

Responsibilities

Manage personal lines insurance policies (home, auto, umbrella, flood, etc.)
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverages
Collaborate with insurance carriers to ensure accurate policy placement and underwriting practices
Identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling to enhance client coverage and satisfaction
