Commercial Lines Property and Casualty Account Manager

Alera Group is looking for a Commercial/Personal Lines Account Manager. Requirements
- 3+ years of Personal Lines and Commercial Lines account management experience and a valid Massachusetts Property & Casualty license (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and coverages, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Applied Epic; able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service and support for commercial and personal lines insurance clients, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their needs and concerns.
- Advise clients on coverage options, policy changes, and risk management; provide clear recommendations and manage premium collections.
- Manage and maintain client accounts using Applied Epic, including documentation, policy updates, and proactive follow-up communication.
- Identify opportunities to round out accounts and cross-sell additional coverage to maximize value and earn commissions.
- Respond promptly to client and carrier requests, maintaining compliance and minimizing E&O risk.
