Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; or equivalent work experience
• Property and Casualty insurance experience
• Pennsylvania Property and Casualty insurance license
• 3+ years of experience managing a large book of business or 3-5 years of business to business sales
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to utilize data to inform client recommendations
• An established network of key influencers, business leaders and community organizations
• Solid business acumen
