Requirements

Active P&C insurance producer license (required).
Proven sales experience, preferably in personal lines insurance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse clients.
Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks or priorities with attention to detail.
Technologically proficient; experience working with insurance software systems is a plus.
Self-starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their insurance needs.
Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's personal lines portfolio.
Provide personalized insurance consultations and recommend suitable policies for homeowners, auto, renters, and other personal lines.
Prepare accurate insurance quotes and explain policy options, terms, and coverage details to clients transparently.
Collaborate with underwriters to ensure proper policy placement and binding.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and relevant regulations.
Consistently achieve or exceed sales and retention targets while delivering exceptional service.
Conduct periodic reviews of clients’ insurance plans to ensure coverage adequacy and offer adjustments based on changes in needs or lifestyle.
Represent the company in a professional and ethical manner in all client and community interactions.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal insurance regulations.
