About The Position

Personal Lines Producer Job Summary Seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Producer to join a well-established, family-owned insurance agency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing expert risk management advice, and driving new business opportunities. Compensation Package Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 (negotiable based on experience) plus bonus opportunities. Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a strong focus on cross-selling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
A proactive and results-driven approach to sales and client service.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with generalist agency operations, with a preference for experience in construction-related accounts.
Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.

Responsibilities

Facilitate new business acquisition, renewals, and periodic meetings or presentations with current and prospective clients, following the company’s established sales process.
Provide expert advice to clients and prospects on risk management strategies, including insurance products and other solutions.
Actively seek new business opportunities through various communication channels, networking, and lead generation sources.
Cross-sell additional insurance products to existing clients to meet their evolving needs.
Prepare and present quotes for new and renewal business.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager and team members to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional client service.
