About The Position
An established insurance agency is expanding and looking for a Personal Lines Producer to build and grow a book of business in the Spartanburg market.
Requirements
- Sales-driven, “hunter” mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in insurance or transferable sales background
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and cold outreach
- Sell personal lines products (home, auto, umbrella, renters)
- Build client relationships from prospecting through close
- Stay focused on sales while account managers handle servicing
