About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Personal Lines Producer to join our established, successful agency. This role involves generating new business, building client relationships, and advising on personal insurance. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, understand home and auto insurance, and have a history of meeting sales goals.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License, or willing to become licensed.
• Proven experience in sales.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Knowledge of personal insurance products preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with agency management and CRM software preferred.
• Self-motivation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Developing new business and managing a sales pipeline.
• Prospect through provided leads, networking, referrals, and marketing
• Consult with clients to understand their needs, and provide tailored risk management solutions.
• Presenting customized insurance solutions like homeowners, auto, and umbrella policies, and preparing proposals and quotations explaining policy terms.
• Act as advisors to clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction
• Review renewals for cross-sell opportunities
• Maintain accurate records in agency management software.
• Staying current with industry trends and collaborating with underwriters and team members
