Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
3-5+ years of experience as a Personal Lines Producer, with a proven track record of success.
Familiarity with essential carriers, including but not limited to: Cincinnati, Pekin, Travelers, Hastings Mutual, The Hartford, EMC Insurance Company, Westfield Insurance, Utica, State Auto, Philadelphia Insurance, Encompass, Grange, ICW Group, Employers, Progressive, Safeco Insurance, and Foremost Insurance Group.
Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal training.

Responsibilities

Manage and service a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, including standard personal lines and some high-net-worth accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their insurance needs.
Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities and grow the agency's client base.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Travel to meet with clients as needed.
