Requirements

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of personal lines sales experience (captive or independent).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC and EZLynx preferred.
• Soft Skills: Hungry and driven to succeed.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth.
• Persistent and sales-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full A–Z sales and service process for personal lines insurance accounts.
• Generate new business through a mix of self-generated leads and company-provided leads.
• Meet or exceed monthly production goals for new business policies and/or revenue.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met.
• Utilize Applied EPIC and EZLynx software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
• Build and maintain a small book of business.
