About LeClair Insurance Agency We are a Farmers-affiliated agency with access to multiple insurance carriers, allowing us to offer clients a broad range of solutions. Position Summary We are seeking a Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Producer to generate new business, engage prospective clients, and deliver tailored insurance recommendations. This role focuses on Personal Lines with opportunities to cross-sell Life and Commercial products. This is an ideal opportunity for a licensed, motivated insurance professional who enjoys outbound prospecting, client interaction, and building a strong sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • Active Texas Property & Casualty License
  • Two or more years of Personal Lines insurance sales experience
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Nice To Haves

  • General Lines Life, Accident, and Health License
  • Life or Commercial Lines sales experience
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation Conduct daily outbound prospecting, including calls from verified lead lists
  • Participate in community and networking events to represent the agency
  • Engage prospects professionally on LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Develop referral relationships and request referrals from existing clients
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, ensuring timely follow-up on all opportunities
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities in Personal Lines, Life, and Commercial
  • Prepare customized proposals outlining coverage options and premiums
  • Present policy recommendations following agency standards
  • Submit complete underwriting documentation
  • Respond promptly to underwriting or client questions
  • Document all coverage discussions accurately
  • Build rapport throughout the policy lifecycle
  • Conduct routine check-ins with clients
  • Address escalated concerns professionally
  • Engage current clients for additional needs and referrals
  • Stay informed on insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory updates
  • Attend scheduled team meetings
  • Complete administrative tasks, documentation, and submission processes as required
  • Maintain positive working relationships with underwriters and colleagues
