About The Position

Personal Lines Insurance Specialist Job Summary Seeking a motivated and driven Personal Lines Insurance Specialist to join a fast-growing team. You will be responsible for providing full-service support and sales for personal lines insurance, including both standard and high-net-worth accounts. Compensation Package Base Salary: $50,000–$65,000 (higher compensation available for proven production) Commission Structure: 45% of new business revenue 55% if home & auto are bundled on the same day 20% of renewal revenue Compensation Expectations: Year 1: $65,000–$80,000 Year 2: $70,000–$85,000 Year 3: Up to $120,000 Benefits: 401(k) with 4% company match Opportunities for career growth and development

Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in personal lines insurance sales (captive or independent).
  • Proficiency in Applied EPIC and EZLynx software is preferred.
  • Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to generate and close leads.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for success and a drive to exceed expectations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full A–Z sales and service process for personal lines insurance accounts.
  • Work with a mix of self-generated leads (80%) and company-provided leads (20%).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, including generating 20 new business policies or $4,100 in revenue per month.
  • Utilize Applied EPIC (CRM) and EZLynx (rater) software to manage accounts and streamline processes.
  • After 60–90 days, manage a small assigned book of business.
  • Travel locally within the DFW metroplex as needed.
