Overview Are you passionate about building meaningful relationships and delivering exceptional service? At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team in Concord, New Hampshire. In this role, you’ll manage a diverse book of personal lines accounts, helping clients navigate challenges ranging from straightforward to moderately complex. As part of our team, you’ll collaborate with colleagues who share your commitment to excellence, continuous improvement, and client success. Together, we’ll demonstrate the value Gallagher brings to every client interaction. In this role, you’ll be the trusted advisor for your clients, ensuring their needs are met with care and professionalism. You’ll manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts, providing tailored solutions and proactive support. By fostering strong relationships, you’ll help clients feel confident and secure in their coverage decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Producer's License.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.
  • A passion for helping clients and solving problems.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex issues in simple terms.
  • A collaborative mindset and a drive to achieve team success.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
