About The Position

Are you dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships? M3 is seeking a skilled Personal Lines Client Manager to support our Personal Lines sales team in servicing accounts, writing new business, and retaining existing accounts. As a Personal Lines Client Manager, you will leverage your insurance knowledge and professional communication skills to assist clients, maintain relationships, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction. You will work closely with the Client Executive and other M3 staff to achieve this. Requirements

  • Minimum of four years of property and casualty insurance agency or company experience OR education in commercial insurance desired.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Property and Casualty License or ability to obtain within 120 days.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead service on assigned book(s) of business by organizing internal resources as appropriate.
  • Provide client service for assigned book of business, including responding to customer inquiries about policies, coverages, claims, and billing.
  • Work with Client Executive(s) and underwriters on new business and renewals.
  • Assist in cross-selling by offering additional coverages to clients and referring clients to other lines of business.
  • Maintain positive relationships with Client Executives, other agency staff, clients, and carriers.
