Redwoods Leavitt Insurance, a Leavitt Group affiliate, is seeking an energetic, motivated professional with a winning attitude to join our team as a Personal Lines Account Manager in Eureka or Crescent City, CA . The Personal Lines Account Manager will serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service while managing and growing personal insurance accounts. Must hold a current California Property & Casualty Insurance License

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Provide consistent, accurate, and timely communication via phone, email, and written correspondence
- Meet with clients as needed to review accounts and address insurance needs
- Educate clients on coverage options and recommend appropriate solutions
- Accurately document client activity in the Agency Management System
- Process incoming emails and client requests promptly
- Issue certificates of insurance, ID cards, policies, and related documents
- Quote, sell, and service personal lines insurance policies
- Prepare applications, submit to carriers, and obtain client signatures
- Manage policy renewals and maintain accurate client files
