About The Position
Our client, a well-established insurance agency in Roseland, NJ , is seeking a motivated Personal Lines Account Manager to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, customer-focused, and eager to build a long-term career in personal lines insurance. The agency is willing to train a candidate with a strong work ethic and the required licensing.
Requirements
- Active New Jersey P&C license required
- Personal lines experience preferred, but open to training motivated candidates
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with agency management systems a plus (but not required)
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a designated book of personal lines accounts
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person communication
- Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and billing inquiries
- Prepare quotes and remarkets as needed
- Maintain accurate client information and documentation within agency management systems
- Support producers with day-to-day service needs
- Build strong, trusted relationships with clients and carriers
