Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Minimum of 1 year in a similar role; 3 years preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to confidently handle phone interactions.
Team player with a positive, "can-do" attitude.
Eager to learn and grow within the organization.

Experience with Epic and PL Rater is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Manage a book of business with approximately $500,000 in premium.
Handle daily tasks such as renewals, client inquiries, quoting, and preparing proposals.
Quote primarily all new business and assist with renewals as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.
