About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing and servicing a book of personal lines business, working closely with personal lines producers, and ensuring high-level service delivery to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and flexible work environment.

Requirements

  • Valid State of Alabama Property and Casualty license.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager (7-10 years preferred).
  • Familiarity with preferred carriers such as Cincinnati, Auto Loaners, Travelers, and Safeco.
  • Proficiency in AMS360 and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong understanding of personal lines coverage and insurance policies.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to independently manage insurance accounts while maintaining accuracy.
  • Strong prioritization skills to balance workload effectively.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with carrier websites, quoting systems, and appetite guides (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Manage and service a book of personal lines business.
  • Collaborate with personal lines producers to handle all inside service work, including endorsements, routine coverage questions, and problem-solving.
  • Market accounts to carriers for quotes, coverage, renewals, and new business.
  • Ensure all client activity and policy documentation is accurately maintained in the agency management system (AMS360).
