About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role involves managing and servicing a book of personal lines business, working closely with personal lines producers, and ensuring high-level service delivery to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal lines insurance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative and flexible work environment.

Requirements

Valid State of Alabama Property and Casualty license.
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager (7-10 years preferred).
Familiarity with preferred carriers such as Cincinnati, Auto Loaners, Travelers, and Safeco.
Proficiency in AMS360 and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong understanding of personal lines coverage and insurance policies.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to independently manage insurance accounts while maintaining accuracy.
Strong prioritization skills to balance workload effectively.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with carrier websites, quoting systems, and appetite guides (preferred).

Responsibilities

Manage and service a book of personal lines business.
Collaborate with personal lines producers to handle all inside service work, including endorsements, routine coverage questions, and problem-solving.
Market accounts to carriers for quotes, coverage, renewals, and new business.
Ensure all client activity and policy documentation is accurately maintained in the agency management system (AMS360).
