Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing standard personal lines accounts, delivering exceptional customer service, and handling all aspects of account servicing from start to finish.

Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in personal lines.
Proficiency in using Epic software is preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of standard personal lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Provide A-Z servicing, including quoting new and renewal business.
Address client inquiries, process policy changes, and handle claims efficiently.
Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Stay updated on industry trends and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations.
