About The Position

Seeking a dedicated and dynamic Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is integral to managing the complete service cycle for personal insurance clients, including new business, renewals, and mid-term changes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of personal insurance products, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Extensive knowledge of personal insurance products (home, auto, umbrella, collections, etc.).
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Excellent customer service, written, and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Nice To Haves

3+ years of experience with personal lines insurance.
Familiarity with agency workflows and management systems (e.g., Applied Epic).
Understanding of agency workflows and procedures.

Responsibilities

Manage personal lines accounts throughout the entire policy lifecycle, including new business, renewals, and mid-term changes.
Provide exceptional service to existing clients while supporting growth through inside/outside referrals.
Assist with coverage placement, risk evaluation, and recommending updates based on client needs.
Prepare and process policy documents, including binders, ID cards, EOPs, and insurance summaries.
Handle client billing needs, including invoice processing, reconciliation, and follow-up on outstanding items.
Answer incoming calls, greet walk-ins, and provide general support in a client-facing capacity.
Participate in client and carrier meetings as needed.
