Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license is highly preferred. Candidates without a license must be willing to obtain one within six months of hire.
1-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance (open to candidates with captive experience).
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in AMS 360 and ImageRight is preferred; familiarity with EPIC is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts, handling all aspects from start to finish ("soup to nuts").
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Quote and process new and renewal business for accounts up to $10,000 in size.
Collaborate with carriers such as Plymouth Rock, MAPFRE, Andover, Vermont Mutual, Concord, Chubb, Pure, Cincinnati, and Travelers.
Utilize software systems including AMS 360 and ImageRight, with a transition to EPIC planned in the near future.
Work closely with the team to achieve departmental goals and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
