Requirements
- 2+ years of commercial insurance experience
- Insurance brokerage experience
- Sales and account management
- Active Property & Casualty License
- Active Life & Health License
- Knowledge of applying policies, procedures, and regulations
- MS Office, carrier websites, and other software systems as needed for the position
Responsibilities
- Ensure clients feel valued and offer a trusted customer service
- Extremely knowledgeable about all product lines and cross-selling
- Respond to inquiries about insurance coverage, costs, and account details to meet service goals.
- Work well with internal departments and external partners to process applications
- Address and resolve service challenges across all business lines, ensuring a strategic action plan is implemented
